Capas de álbuns clássicos usando o Google Street View

Durante os anos, alguns álbuns musicais ficaram gravados na memória de muita gente. Além das músicas que tocam corações, a capas icônicas também contribuem para isso! A pedido do jornal britânico The Guardian, o artista Halley Docherty, recriou as das capas de álbuns clássicos utilizando o Google Street View.

Algumas das capas recriadas incluem as de bandas como Oasis, Pink Floyd e The Beatles. Olha só!

Capa do disco (What’s the Story) Morning Glory, do Oasis. O álbum de 1995, foi fotografado na Berwick Street, Soho, na Inglaterra, uma rua que era repleta de lojas de discos.  

O álbum Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea, da cantora britânica P J Harvey, foi fotografado na famosa Times Square em New York, no ano de 2000.  

O álbum Physical Graffiti, do Led Zeppelin, foi fotografado nos blocos residenciais de TheEast Village, St Mark’s Place em New York, na década de 70.  

A capa do disco Animals, do Pink Floyd, foi fotografado na Battersea Power Station em Londres, em 1977.   

Paul’s Boutique, dos Beastie Boys, foi fotografado em uma loja de roupas na esquina da Ludlow e Rivington, Lower East Side em New York, em 1989.  

Willy and the Poor Boys, do Creedence Clearwater Revival, foi fotografado do lado de fora do Fish Kee Market na Hollis Street em Oakland, Califórnia em 1969.  

The Marshall Mathers LP, do Eminem, foi fotografado em frente a casa que ele cresceu na Dresden Street, North Detroid, em 2000. A casa foi demolida no ano passado após ter sofrido um incêndio.  

Late for the Sky, de Jackson Browne, foi fotografado em frente a uma casa em Hancock Park em Los Angeles, em 1974.   

O álbum Original Pirate Material, do The Streets, fotografado em 2002, retrata o Kestrel House em Islington, Londres.  

Moving Pictures, do Rush, foi fotografado em frente ao Ontario Legislature em Toronto em 1981.  

The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan, do Bob Dylan, foi fotografado na Jones Street, West Village, New York em 1963.

E é claro que a mais famosa capa dos Beatles não ficaria de fora dessa. O disco Abbey Road, do quarteto mais famoso do Reino Unido, foi fotografado na rua de mesmo nome em Londres no ano de 1969.
